- For bigger & oversized use non-Priority, non-flat rate boxes.
- Tape together for length
- Folding boxes: Priority mail on one side, Express mail (next day) on the other
- Use single faced corrugated cardboard with packing paper
- Wrap cardboard 1" larger than the sign
- NO RATTLES OR MOVEMENT
- Non-flat rate goes by weight
- Folding boxes: Priority boxes on one side - Priority Express (next day) on the other

Shipping
- Use Clik-N-Ship for box labels
- Receipt 1 goes in the box
- Receipt 2 (copy) for filing
- Packing list in the package & print out cc with USPS web account with cc
From Post office get:
- Non-priority, Non-flat rate boxes
- For oversized tape two together for length
- Priority labels on a roll
